Affleck Investments Limited is situated at 700 Cumming Road, Northern Southland, being 106 kms to local export port in Bluff, 47km to Craig Pine, Winton and 99 km to MDF, Mataura. The total area comprises of 24.4240 hectares more or less with the net stocked area of 20.6 hectares, the breakdown being 14.6 ha planted 2001 and 6ha of (second rotation) planted 2012 all Pinus Radiata.
