Bordering Lake Rotorangi in an area renowned for Manuka Honey production is 760 ha of Manuka, grazing and Bush.

Run as a conventional store stock farm the property is of medium to steep hill country with good access provided by the Tangahoe Valley Road and a good network of tracks throughout. Manuka covers large areas of the property and is reverting rapidly in other areas providing a solid base for Manuka Honey production. The Lake Rotorangi area in past seasons has produced strong yields of high quality honey and with a significant area of land occupying both sides of the valley is an attractive proposition.
The farm infrastructure includes two woolsheds and yards with load out facilities plus two cottages, one situated at the front of the farm and the other overlooking the lake which over the summer months offers great water skiing and wake boarding opportunities for the water enthusiasts. This farm offers a good mix of Manuka both established and reverting plus a large area of native bush with the balance still farmed as a grazing unit.
