Steeped in history this site originally housed Derrett's Stables and was known as the Cheviot Motor Company by the 1920s and more recently Cheviot Motors. Closed since February 2019, the workshop used to have two full time mechanics who catered to locals and travelers passing through, plus the surrounding farm vehicles and equipment.
