\n\n\nDON'T PUT ON WEB\n\n\n\n\nMoteo Pa Vineyard is located some 20kms west of Napier city at 265 Moteo Pa Road. This is a larger vineyard comprising 31.5121ha of which 28.45ha is planted in 8.83ha Chardonnay, 7.26ha Merlot, 5.75ha Pinot Gris, 2.07ha Pinot Noir, 2.12ha Verdelho, Arneis, 1.98ha and Italians 0.45ha. It was established in 1995 and 1996 with additional plantings in 2005 and 2009.\n\nBuildings include an implement shed with lockable storeroom and portacom staff room.\n\nSoil types are predominantly Poporangi and Pakowhai sandy/silt loam and Moteo silt bark clay loam.\n\nWater for irrigation and frost protection is sources from two consented wells.\n\nRates:\n$5382.71 Hastings District Council\n$2693.08 Hastings Regional Council\n$8075.79 (Total including GST)\n\n\nRateable Value:\n\n
