The water is sourced from a bore adjacent to the track and is pumped through two sand filters into manacons. The water is distributed through 32 and 40 mm alkathene lines and can be isolated in four directions. The main dwelling is fed directly from the filtered water. A separate 3400 litre vat provides for water chill with a new plate cooler recently installed. Variation 6 has been consented for 335 cows.

The pastures reflect a good fertilizer regime with spring applications according to consultant's recommendations, with the pastures being healthy and clean of weeds.

The effluent system comprises a large concrete holding sump (Williams design) with a pump and stirrer installed and a travelling irrigator covering approximately 22 hectares with a number of hydrants.
