Fertiliser has been applied consistently with 7-8 tonne Phased N and 24.3 tonne of Serpentine Super 7K last season.
The support buildings adjacent to the dairy include a large 18mx9m implement shed, 4 bay (14mx12m) calf shed, lean-to adjacent to the dairy shed plus a gable implement workshop with concrete floor and power. The property has a bobby calf loading facility off the calf shed. A 30 tonne concrete fert/PK bin, with sliding roof, is located in the tanker loop for ease of truck access.
Included in the sale are the Dosatron 8000 dispenser, drench pump with hoses and guns, Numedic teat spray unit, mobile AB platform, Genelec PTO driven generator (which can drive the dairy shed when power is down), diesel tank on stand and two calf milk vats with chiller units.
The main dwelling is a lovely four bedroom brick home built in 2008. Beautifully set in easy care yet private surrounds, the house features open plan living and dining, spacious family room, separate lounge, office and master ensuite.
