This impressive 135 hectare (more or less) dairy unit would be considered one of the top farms in the Matamata area. Excellent quality water is sourced from a bore (100m) located next to the dairy shed and stored in two 25,000 litre tanks. It is pressure reticulated around the farm via 32m alkathene mainlines with 25mm and 20mm feeders to the troughs.

A very good all-weather race system fans out from the dairy shed giving easy access to all 43 paddocks. The fencing is a mix of permanent and hedge on boundaries and mostly three and four wire electric internally and is generally in very good order.

Farm buildings consist of a 198sqm lockable garage/workshop/storage shed with concrete floors and remote-control doors. Nearby is a 78sqm 4 bay gable shed with sliding doors.
