Close to Hamilton City and located just off State Highway 39, on a quiet no exit road, lies this 13.4338 hectare (more or less) specialist equine complex. Quarantine Services is a pre-export quarantine facility for horses requiring isolation before being shipped to countries who have quarantine requirements.

This property, located on Walsh Road in Whatawhata, is on the western link and right in the growth path of Hamilton's burgeoning lifestyle market.

The property has a very private setting behind shelter hedges and post and rail fences. One has to get into the property to appreciate all that goes on in here. This exclusive property has continuous pre-approval to quarantine horses for up to 20 countries.

A truck shed and several storage/implement sheds are included in the complex.

A 750sqm sand training track with starting stalls rings several of the paddocks. Most of the 21 paddocks are fenced with post and rail and hedges.

Water is sourced from a bore and pressure fed to the stables and farm.

The 340sqm main dwelling is very impressive with two levels featuring four bedrooms, office, two bathrooms, two kitchenettes, two large lounges, open plan kitchen and dining area plus an internally accessed double garage.
