147 HECTARE GRAZING UNIT

This drystock property of 147 hectares (363 acres) is located in the popular farming district of Mokau and is central between the dairying areas of Southern Waikato and Northern Taranaki. The farm has been run as a support grazing/finishing property and is suitable for sheep, beef or dairy grazing.\n\nA mixture of contour includes approximately 50 hectares of flat, and the balance running from easy to some steeper hill.
