All calves are off the farm by 30th November and heifers are back on the farm from the 1st May.\n\nThe farm contour is approximately 75 hectares flat, with 88 hectares rolling to hill of which approximately 2.6 hectares is not effective.\n \nThe dairy shed is a tidy 34 ASHB shed with Waikato plant. The dairy shed was extended 15 years ago. Yards and loading ramp are attached to the dairy platform. There is also a feed pad conveniently located near the dairy shed.\n\nEffluent is stored in the holding pond and the spray irrigated over approximately 39 hectares.\n\nMaize silage is grown on the farm.
