The idea was initially conceived while designing and building his first home with his fiancée Bonnie. When the opportunity to make the move to Real Estate arose, Aaron did not hesitate. Now in the present day, Aaron is honing his craft in the hard work, earned reward environment that is Real Estate.
Originally from the North Island, Aaron now calls North Canterbury home. Where he takes every opportunity to slide down the face of waves at Waikuku Beach or snow covered hills in the Southern Alps.

It’s a 10/10 from me! Lance and Aaron were amazing to deal with, both with the purchase of my new property and the sale of my current home. The purchase deal was complex, however Lance and Aaron were supportive throughout the negotiations and communication was exceptional, clear and timely. They went above and beyond to help things go smoothly including Aaron very kindly offering to stand outside in the cold for an hour waiting to let the internet guy in to set up wifi at the new property. Nothing was a bother to them and their personal, friendly manner was reassuring. A special mention to Juliet who kept me up to date via email and organised a seamless staging process without me having to think of logistics. I have no hesitation in recommending Team Farrant whether buying or selling. I don’t think you could find more honest, caring agents out there.
Went above and beyond when the house we were purchasing flooded, rolled his sleeves up to help us clean up, also paid for 1 week of accommodation for my family while house dried out! A+
