Agnita joined Bayleys Body Corporate in 2022 as a Bayleys Corporate Manager. Agnita has a career that spans countries, challenges, and experiences with a lengthy assortment of roles in India, the Middle East and New Zealand. She has worked across the airline, hotel and property industries for over a decade, and most recently as a building manager in a mixed-use building in Central Auckland.

Agnita was raised in India and after completing her formal education in administration, pursued a career in the services industry. While raising a family, she worked multiple jobs, gaining new experiences that helped shape her as a well-rounded professional. Having worked with multiple cultures, she can connect with residents, owners and tenants alike.

Her first exposure to managing properties started in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates and quickly picked up the nuances of the trade. Agnita pursued further education in hotel management at Otago Polytechnic and landed a job in the property industry in Auckland.

Agnita approaches all challenges with a solution-based methodology and enjoys working out ways to benefit the owners of the complexes she manages.
