Alice's journey into property began early, working part-time with Stride Property while completing her Bachelor of Property. Since then, she's amassed a diverse and well-rounded industry background - with two years at Precinct Properties as a Property Manager and more recently, held a retail leasing executive role at JLL. This experience gave her a strong foundation in both the operational and strategic sides of property, sharpening her skills in client relationships, market insight, and leasing strategy.

Naturally curious and highly intuitive, Alice is known for her ability to identify opportunities before they fully emerge. She keeps a close pulse on retail trends, emerging brands, and evolving consumer behaviours, allowing her to position her clients for long-term success. Her clients value her for being responsive, authentic, and detail-oriented - with a clear focus on delivering real value, not just fast transactions.

Originally from Christchurch, Alice moved to Auckland independently straight out of high school - a decision that reflects her adventurous spirit and commitment to building a meaningful career in property. Outside of work, she's social, active and energetic, often catching up with friends or checking out new spots around the city. A love for travel keeps her inspired and open-minded, always seeking fresh perspectives and new ideas.
