Alice Campbell joined Bayleys Valuations Limited in 2021 and is a Registered Valuer. Alice undertakes a range of valuations, including commercial, industrial and residential across the wider Canterbury market.

Regular assignments include valuations for finance purposes, financial reporting, market rental assessments, insurance valuations, and general valuation consultancy in order to assist clients with their specific needs. This includes valuation of investment properties and portfolio work for private and public entities.

Alice graduated from Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Land and Property Management (Urban) in 2019. Alice is a member of the Property Institute of New Zealand. Alice has grown up in Queenstown and outside of work enjoys skiing, tramping and surfing.
