Alister Hitchcock is an Industrial Sales and Leasing Broker with Bayleys Northwest Commercial, specialising in industrial property across West Auckland. Working alongside Mark Preston and the wider Bayleys industrial team, he advises landlords, developers, investors, owner-occupiers and tenants on industrial sales, leasing, development land, investment property and design-build opportunities.

With more than five years of commercial real estate experience, Alister has established himself as a trusted advisor in key industrial precincts including Rosebank, Avondale, Henderson, New Lynn, Westgate, Hobsonville and Whenuapai. His local market knowledge, strong networks and proactive approach help clients make informed property decisions and achieve successful outcomes.

Prior to real estate, Alister co-founded and operated a successful retail packaging business, which he exited in 2020. Combined with his background in design and marketing, this commercial experience provides valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities facing business owners, investors and occupiers.

Having personally bought, sold and leased property, Alister brings practical knowledge, strong negotiation skills and a client-focused mindset to every transaction.
