Andrew offers over two decades of experience as a real estate professional and has lived in the Selwyn region for over 40 years. His career has seen Andrew deal with a wide range of property types and become the go-to agent for the area.

Andrew first entered the world of real estate when he was head hunted by two different real estate managers after he brokered a deal to buy his first house. Andrew got his license and has never looked back.

Andrew specialises in rural, residential and development land and section sales and is known for his ‘no nonsense’ approach to real estate. He walks the walk and has over 30 years farming experience meaning he knows what his rural clients want when it comes to buying and selling real estate. Clients appreciate his open and honest attitude and straight shooter style. It means they know Andrew will always tell it like it is so they are in the best position to make the right decisions.

Andrew knows that residential, lifestyle and rural properties in Selwyn are not just about houses but also about the land, services, water tanks, septic tanks, the animals, barns, community and more.  His huge experience in residential, lifestyle and rural property in Selwyn means that he can educate, guide and help buyers to settle into the right property to suit their needs, lifestyle and goals.

Married with four adult children, outside of work Andrew enjoys spending time with family, boating and cycling (he represented New Zealand at two World Long Distance Triathlon Champs). He can also be found working in his large garden and sits on the Medbury School Foundation Board
