Since joining Bayleys Property Management in mid-2019, Ang Newman has brought a wealth of experience, professionalism, and genuine care to her role as Senior Property Manager.

With more than fifteen years’ prior experience in the legal sector—most recently as a Legal Executive specialising in large-scale property developments - Ang offers a deep understanding of both the legal and practical aspects of property ownership and management. This background gives her clients confidence that every detail is handled with pragmatism and integrity.

Based at Bayleys House in Auckland City, Ang primarily manages apartments across the city fringe suburbs, while her diverse portfolio also includes townhouses and standalone homes throughout central Auckland, around the bays, and out toward the western suburbs.

Ang is also the dedicated property manager for the renowned Domus building in Ponsonby, where she takes great pride in cultivating strong relationships with residents and ensuring the continued excellence and value of every home under her care.
