Ankur specialises in commercial property sales and leasing across West and Northwest Auckland, including New Lynn, Henderson, Glen Eden, Avondale, Westgate, and Hobsonville, having completed 50+ commercial leases in the region since 2024. His work spans the full transaction, from initial appraisal and marketing strategy through to negotiation, documentation, and settlement, for landlords, tenants, vendors, and purchasers alike.

Before moving into sales, Ankur worked as an analyst in Bayleys' Insights, Data and Consulting team. That background means every listing strategy and rent or price recommendation he makes is grounded in current market data and comparable transaction evidence, not guesswork. This matters most when negotiating heads of terms or advising on renewal strategy.

Ankur works across a broad range of asset types and deal sizes, from retail and office tenancies through to larger commercial and mixed-use properties.
