Howick is a place close to Ann’s heart that she calls home. She has a strong family connection to the area having grown up there and is now proud to be representing clients’ homes and delivering better than expected results.

Ann has an entrepreneurial mindset and every vocation she has ventured into has been people-driven. She is a qualified hairdresser and built her own business operating a salon at the age of just twenty-two. Over the years she has been involved in direct sales, office/sales management roles, property management, BDM in property management and has been a real estate and property management company owner. All these skills now serve her clients exceptionally well in their real estate transactions. She has been a Top 5 award-winning consultant consistently over five years in one office and has transacted over $80m in settled sales.

Ann’s main driver is helping people to move forward in their lives via their property transactions. She is known for her strong interpersonal skills and her ability to listen closely to clients so she is clear about what they are aiming to achieve. Providing a service that is second to none is her focus. She is a proven strong negotiator achieving top results, always underscored by honesty and integrity.

Ann lives on a lifestyle block and in her spare time her family, including three young grandchildren, keep her busy. She loves music and won’t say no to a cheeky Chardonnay from time to time to relax.

Ann’s strong grass roots knowledge of Howick and surrounds is a real asset to her clients. As part of Angela Rudling’s Team Ann assists clients with all types of residential property transactions.
