
Bede started his commercial real estate career with Bayleys Manawatu before spending seven years on the Gold Coast, one of Australia's strongest performing office markets. There, he built significant market share and led some of the region's largest leasing commitments, transacting over 100,000sqm of commercial space across his tenure.
Across sales and advisory, he worked extensively on commercial office building and development transactions, with a notable highlight being the sale of a $32.35M A-grade office building, one of the largest transactions the market had seen in two years. His performance during this tenure was recognised with the Centuria Leasing Agent of the Year (QLD) and Top Revenue Writer for his office in 2024.
Now back in the Manawatu, Bede brings 11 years of experience, a sharp analytical approach, and relationships across the full spectrum of private to institutional clients. His skillset spans all sectors of commercial and industrial real estate, with the ability to add value across both advisory and transactions regardless of asset type or complexity. He has continued his professional development through study at Massey University and digital coursework at Harvard Business School. He is commercially rigorous, collaborative, and gets the deal done.
