With a background in advertising and marketing and having previously worked in the property industry as a Marketing Manager, Bhakti’s vast industry knowledge ensures that all of her clients receive advice carefully tailored to their individual needs. Not even Covid-19 has been able to prevent Bhakti from securing her place in the Top 20 for Settled Deals for the 2020-2021 financial year. Having practical experience in both design and advertising has also meant that while the rest of the country may be stationary, she is able to produce marketing that is both effective and aesthetic and keep prospective buyers engaged, even whilst under nation-wide lockdown.

Bhakti was an integral part of the Bayleys Capital Commercial team that marketed and sold the Imperial Park and Tākapu Rise to their commercial and residential developers. The project was a remarkable success and has only served to further highlight Bhakti’s talents within the broader New Zealand commercial real estate industry.
