Blair joined Bayleys Canterbury in April 2006 as the Commercial Division Manager after returning from a short period in Auckland where he held the position of General Manager for Bayleys North Shore Commercial. Prior to that, Blair was a senior commercial agent for Simes Limited in Christchurch for over seven years. Blair brings over twenty four years experience in the commercial property industry and has been directly responsible for numerous significant commercial developments, investment sales and leasing over that period. Passionate about the real estate industry Blair has a large network of contacts and a vast local knowledge.
