Brendan is a member of the Bayleys Taranaki Country Sales Team and is based in the New Plymouth office.

With a wealth of knowledge built up over almost his whole lifetime in rural Taranaki, Brendan is proud to be a member of the Bayleys Country Team that is regarded as the #1 Rural Real Estate brand in New Zealand.

Brendan started in the Real Estate industry in 2004 and has dealt with rural property transactions ranging from small bare blocks through to significant holdings, with a real and genuine passion for the dairy industry. He is very well known in a wide area simply as “BC” with a friendly, approachable nature that allows him to get on with a variety of people.

People that know Brendan, know that they get an experienced, hardworking, honest and very successful Real Estate salesperson who is driven to get exceptional results for both vendors and purchasers.

Brendan was born and raised on a Kaponga dairy farm and has those core values that are prominent throughout rural New Zealand.

With the interaction in the rural community over his lifetime, Brendan has built an excellent rapport with many farmers and rural professionals, and has a large networking database of prospective clients, as well as good rural contacts throughout the country.
A long interested in both playing, participating and following a wide range of sports. Brendan’s rugby passion saw him travel to Scotland and play in the past, until injuries curbed further opportunities. These days BC loves playing golf and spending time with family. A proud sibling, uncle and a “BC”.

Brendan is very community minded and has been involved in a number of fundraising ventures and sponsorships and appreciates the great partnership that Bayleys have with Rural Support Trust.
