He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Bayleys branch and the management of the residential / lifestyle sales team. Brendon’s proven track record of closing sales transactions and exceeding his clients’ expectations enables him to provide daily support and guidance to not only salespeople but also Bayleys clients and customers. Having strong negotiation skills, it’s no surprise that auction day is one of his favourite days of the week. His involvement as one of the auction negotiators allows him to constantly hone his craft resulting in exceptional outcomes for the countless Bayleys clients that choose to use one of Hamilton’s most experienced sales teams.

Brendon’s community connectedness certainly compliments his real estate career. A regular at many of Hamilton’s awesome cafés and restaurants, a supporting member of the Hamilton Wanderers Sports club and his family’s involvement at Waikato Hockey means his network is extensive. For recreation Brendon enjoys time spent with family and friends, playing hockey, camping, and walking his two Labradors.
