During his time with Bayleys, Chris has held senior positions in Auckland, Wellington, and Sydney.

He has divested the commercial and industrial divisions of Bayleys, along with the auction division, and coordinated with David Bayley and James Chan on the offshore activities of the Bayleys Group, bringing international buyers and vendors to the New Zealand market.

Chris has also owned multi-disciplined franchise offices specializing not only in commercial and industrial sales and leasing but also in the residential, rural, and lifestyle sectors.

Many of Chris’s transactions have involved land for future development.
