David has excellent negotiation skills used in a calm respectful and kind way. He has the patience of a saint. He always goes above and beyond for both the vendor and purchaser, has wonderful communication skills and explains and answers questions or concerns in a way that is easy for everyone to understand. We have enjoyed working with him and will do so again if we need to sell again.
