Debbie’s interest in property spans decades and has seen her successfully buy and sell her own investment properties, farms and houses. It gives her huge satisfaction to now use her knowledge and expertise to help people to experience similarly positive outcomes from real estate.

Debbie comes to Bayleys from an eclectic background encompassing farming, law enforcement and the international travel industry. This saw her working for the Australian Federal Police, as a Customs Officer, and for Qantas. It has given Debbie a multitude of skills that translate well to real estate including high levels of professionalism and integrity, customer service, negotiation and more.

Debbie thrives on meeting new people and forming lasting relationships. She believes a successful campaign starts with listening and gaining an understanding of her clients’ goals. A property means different things to different people: to a first homebuyer it might represent security, to an investor it promises financial reward and to a family it is a place to make memories. Debbie knows how to unearth what people really want and then deliver.

Giving her clients 100% is standard and Debbie aims to achieve the best result for them in everything she does. Her attention to detail and marketing prowess sees her clients’ properties stand out from the rest. She takes genuine pleasure in guiding buyers and sellers towards a result they are both thrilled with.

In her spare time Debbie enjoys volunteering at the local hospice cooking breakfast for patients. She has been involved with the local grass kart club for many years, a keen participant in sports club committees and was a volunteer ambulance officer. To relax she can be found jet boating, fishing, and supporting her two children in their sporting endeavours.
