Duncan brings over 20 years of entrepreneurial leadership and commercial expertise to the Bayley’s Waikato team. His career began in Hamilton’s action sports retail scene, before spending 16 years in the UK, where he helped develop and ultimately manage a multi-purpose venue in London, spanning sport, hospitality, and corporate events.

Upon returning to New Zealand, Duncan focused on growing the family’s wholesale action sports distribution and retail business, forging international brand partnerships and gaining expertise in commercial operations and market positioning. Known for his ability to identify opportunities, build strong networks, and deliver innovative business solutions, Duncan is a trusted advisor to clients throughout the Waikato region and across New Zealand.

Outside of office life, Duncan along with his wife and 3 daughters enjoys many activities. These include all aspects of watersports and boating, mountain biking, golf and motorsport. He also has a position on the senior leadership team for Tournament Waterski New Zealand and is a member of the national coaching team.
