His track record spans transactions and advisory mandates of considerable scale and complexity, including estate strategy for a 1.8 million sqm mixed-use smart city and major industrial mandates, among them a 48,000sqm built-to-suit lease and a 22,000sqm data centre land acquisition.

This experience across industrial and logistics property, office leasing, asset management, and advisory gives Gareth a sophisticated understanding of property from both ownership and occupier perspectives.
