She’s fussy about the details (in the best way), organized to a fault, and she genuinely cares about doing things properly.

Her psychology degree from the University of Canterbury has taught her a lot about people - how we communicate, what motivates us, and how big decisions like buying or selling a home can feel. She’s also worked in accounts payable with large companies in both New Zealand and Australia, so she brings a practical, commercial head as well as a people-focused heart. That mix helps her look after every part of the journey with care and common sense.

Giulia believes clear communication and reliable service make all the difference. Buying or selling is important, and her job is to make sure you feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way. She’s results-focused, hardworking, and always on your side.

When she’s not talking property, you’ll usually find her keeping fit, planning the next trip, catching up with friends over a wine, or cooking something delicious for her partner and their two gorgeous girls.
