With more than a decade of house-flipping experience and a marketing background, Harriet delivers results backed by a true passion for Gisborne and its property market. As a lifelong local with deep community ties, she offers clients insider knowledge and valuable insights into a property's potential, gained from managing numerous renovations alongside her husband’s successful painting business.
Holding a marketing degree from the University of Otago, Harriet combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience. Over the last 11 years, she has personally bought and sold more than a dozen properties, giving her a genuine understanding of the emotions, challenges, and excitement that both buyers and sellers experience throughout the process. Having been both a buyer and a seller herself, Harriet is able to offer valuable insight and guidance through every stage of a transaction, helping make the journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Harriet is also passionate about presentation and understands the importance first impressions make when selling a home. Having staged a number of homes for clients, she enjoys helping vendors bring out the best in their properties to maximise appeal and create spaces buyers can truly connect with.
Known for her warm, down-to-earth approach and strong communication, Harriet prides herself on building genuine relationships with her clients. Whether working with first-home buyers, growing families, investors, or those preparing to downsize, she is committed to delivering honest advice, creative marketing, and exceptional service from start to finish.
Outside of real estate, Harriet enjoys life on her lifestyle block with her family, is active in the Gisborne Pickleball Club, and enjoys forest walks with her dog, Maggie. Her commitment to her community and clients ensures a personalised, results-driven service every time.
