Harrison brings a disciplined, execution-focused approach to commercial real estate, backed by a full-lifecycle understanding of property. With a career spanning valuation, research, asset and facilities management, development support, and brokerage, he offers clients well-rounded insights and strategic guidance that goes beyond the transaction.

Harrison began his property career at CBRE in 2021, supporting valuation and research teams before moving into commercial property management and business development. He went on to manage a $135 million national portfolio, gaining hands-on experience across a range of asset classes and market conditions. In 2025, Harrison co-founded Construct & Maintain (C&M), a facilities management and construction delivery business servicing key commercial clients - further broadening his capability by working on the delivery side of fit-outs and ground-up developments.

His experience on the owner and delivery side means Harrison understands the real-world consequences of poorly structured property investments. This perspective drives his focus on long-term performance, risk mitigation, and alignment with client objectives. Clients value his clarity, structure, and practical advice - qualities that support confident decision-making and allow them to reinvest with certainty.

Now specialising in Auckland’s CBD and city-fringe markets, Harrison focuses on commercial assets where repositioning, strategy, and performance are key - office, retail, essential services, and some industrial. His structure-led and holistic approach suits the complexity of these markets, while Bayleys’ national scale allows him to structure opportunities for clients beyond the Auckland region.

What sets Harrison apart is not just his experience, but his mindset. He is deeply engaged with the property market, loves learning from colleagues and clients, and remains grounded by strong personal values. Rather than chasing comparisons, he focuses inward - prioritising discipline, balance, and the success of those he represents. Outside of work, Harrison enjoys cars, boating, the gym, long walks with his dogs, and the occasional misfired golf swing. He has participated in a range of leadership and community initiatives, including the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, the Aspiring Leaders Forum, and charitable volunteer work.
