Hayley Preston is a commercial real estate broker specialising in Auckland CBD office leasing at Bayleys. Since entering the commercial property industry, she has quickly established herself as a high-performing and trusted adviser. In 2025/26, Hayley was named Bayleys’ National Commercial Rookie of the Year and was Bayleys’ highest-performing female commercial agent across all asset classes. She has more recently been nominated for the REINZ Commercial and Industrial Rising Star Award.

Hayley works with businesses to understand their property requirements, identify suitable opportunities and negotiate strong commercial outcomes. She brings a strategic, highly organised and client-focused approach to every mandate, supported by clear communication, attention to detail and an in-depth knowledge of Auckland’s office market.

Prior to joining commercial real estate, Hayley was Fair Director of the Aotearoa Art Fair, New Zealand’s premier contemporary art event. In this role, she led the strategic planning, sales, marketing and delivery of the annual event at The Cloud in Auckland. The fair attracted approximately 10,000 visitors, secured sponsorship from prominent New Zealand and international brands, and featured 41 galleries presenting work by more than 150 artists from across the Pacific Rim. Art sales during the five-day event exceeded NZ$4 million in 2023.
