James Hill brought his honed sales and leasing skills to Bayleys two decades ago joining the commercial and industrial division in 2006 - appreciating that building and managing client relationships would be the foundations for a long-term career starting in a city where reputation and credibility are everything.

James’s commitment and tenacity to stick at the job until a successful outcome is achieved has certainly separated him from his competitors. In a tougher market and at times dealing with sensitive situations James ensures his clients are treated with the upmost respect and in a confidential manner.
