James Valintine

Industrial Sales and Leasing

James is a Director in the Industrial Division with Bayleys Real Estate Limited.  Since his commencement in 2010 with a primary focus on Commercial and Industrial property, he established himself as a specialist in the South Auckland Industrial sector in both sales and leasing.

His knowledge and experience gained in negotiating various sale and lease transactions in both buoyant and difficult markets has seen James become an invaluable resource and trusted advisor to long term repeat clients. Getting James involved early in a project or potential sales or leasing campaign has proven to ensure maximum values are achieved.

Having been involved in numerous property transactions, James has been in the Top 10% of Bayleys Salespeople nationwide for 2016/17, 2017/18, 2019/20 and 2024/25, and Top 5% for 2021/2022
