Having called Wānaka home since 1993, Jarrod has a genuine connection to the Upper Clutha community. Married to a fifth-generation local, he has strong ties to the people, families and history of the region.

Now joining the leading Team Donnelly at Bayleys Wānaka, Jarrod brings extensive local knowledge, proven sales experience and a strong background in residential property and subdivision development.

Marketing and selling real estate across the Upper Clutha since 2009, Jarrod has spent the last 8½ years working alongside a leading local property developer, where he has built an impressive record of property sales throughout the region with more than 200 successful sales in 2025 alone. His experience spans residential sales, developments and subdivisions. Prior to this, Jarrod was recognised among Bayleys’ top 10% of salespeople nationally several years in the running.

Community involvement is important to Jarrod, who is an active and participating member of various charitable organisations within the wider Upper Clutha including the Wānaka St John Area Committee, Aspiring Rotary Club and Mount Aspiring Outdoor Education Trust.
