Having founded and grown several award-winning businesses over the past two decades I understand how to develop an effective strategy, position and market a premium product, negotiate confidently, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Most importantly, it taught me the value of trust, attention to detail and delivering an exceptional level of service - qualities that are essential in guiding clients successfully through their property journey.

My achievements include recognition through the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Social Impact Award and the Westpac Business Awards – Best of the Best. While I am immensely proud of these honours, I am equally proud of the experience behind them that I now bring to every property campaign.

Born and raised in Canada and having a proud Italian and Ukrainian heritage has meant relationships, community and genuine collaboration remain at the heart of everything I do. For more than 25 years I have proudly lived and worked in Auckland’s Eastern Bays. This beautiful part of Auckland is more than the market I work in; it is my home, my community, and a place I know intimately. Based at Bayleys St Heliers, I combine this genuine local knowledge with the reach, resources, and reputation of one of New Zealand’s most respected real estate brands.

Giving back is important and I want my customers to know in choosing me as their agent they are also helping the community too. As the founder of Downlights, I created an award-winning social enterprise that provided meaningful employment for young adults with Down syndrome and learning disabilities while also advocating for greater inclusion in the workplace. I remain deeply committed to this community and will donate $500 from every property I sell to the New Zealand Down Syndrome Association.

Outside of work my family is at the centre of my life and I spend every opportunity I can with my two adult children. I enjoy walking, Pilates, yoga, and cooking, particularly when it brings family and friends together.
