Born and raised on a farm in rural Southland, JJ developed an appreciation for both rural life and the local communities. After honing his technical skills through an apprenticeship at New Zealand Aluminium Smelters and gaining extensive experience over a 15-year tenure at NZ Safety Blackwood’s, JJ took on the roles of Branch Manager and Technical Field Representative at PGG Wrightson. Now, he has transitioned to Bayleys Southland Real Estate, bringing a wealth of practical knowledge to the real estate industry.

JJ’s professional journey is further enriched by over 40 years of community involvement, where he has served as a rugby player, coach, and manager. These experiences have instilled in him a strong sense of teamwork and leadership, which are invaluable assets when navigating the real estate market.
