Holding a Bachelor of Applied Management, I have gained valuable experience through starting and running four businesses over the past 10 years. Many of these companies included investment from local councils, government, and external investors, providing me with a unique perspective on negotiating and working with people from all walks of life. I have long aspired to pursue a career in real estate, and after exiting my last company, I felt the timing was ideal to make the transition.
The key lessons I took from starting these companies, especially start-ups, is the power of marketing and sales. Those lessons have stuck with me, and I’ve carried them through to real estate. I’m passionate about every property I list and how we can achieve the best presence and outcome in the ever-changing marketplace.
My goal in real estate is simple: understand my clients’ needs, get your property seen, attract the right buyers, and achieve the best sale price.
While I’m not working in real estate, I enjoy exploring the outdoors and everything the Waikato region has to offer on its doorstep. As a part-owner of The Waitomo Experience, I regularly switch the suit and tie for a pair of gumboots and head to the Waitomo district a few times a month to stay connected with the team and enjoy the unique beauty of the King Country.
