With two sons involved in a wide range of sports - especially hockey and BMX racing - and a wife who enjoys the outdoors, netball, rowing and her work as a hairdresser, there’s always something on the go. Jono himself is a passionate hockey player, coach, umpire, and manager, and an active member of the Te Awamutu BMX Club. When time allows, he enjoys mountain biking in the Redwoods or restoring his grandfather’s classic HQ ute.
