Kayla is a Lincoln University graduate having undertaken a Bachelor of Land and Property Management specializing in urban valuation, majoring in economics, and minoring in finance. Kayla has grown up in the Bay of Islands. Outside of work she enjoys tennis, skiing, surfing and being with her friends and family.

Kayla joined Bayleys Valuations Limited in 2022 and is undergoing her supervised training in order to become a Registered Valuer. Gaining experience in commercial, industrial, development, and residential properties.
