Over the course of her career, she has held senior leadership positions, owned businesses and played a role in driving positive change within the real estate sector.

While her career has taken her through many areas of the industry, her connection to Northland and country life has always remained strong. Her father was born in Northland, her grandparents spent many years in the region, and her family continues to be closely connected to dairy farming in the area. Growing up in a small country town, horse riding from a young age and attending school on a working dairy farm helped shape the practical, hardworking values that continue to guide her approach to business.

Since beginning her real estate career at just 19 years old, Lauren has built a reputation for finding solutions and getting things done. Throughout her career, she has been involved in introducing new ways of working and finding practical solutions to keep people moving forward.
