Since entering real estate, Levi has quickly established himself as a high-performing member of the Bayleys Canterbury Commercial team. From his first financial year, he has consistently ranked among the top 20 commercial salespeople nationally for deals settled, while also ranking highly for gross fees across the Bayleys Commercial division. His strong deal volume and consistent results have continued, with Levi ranked No. 11 in the Top 20 Teams and Individuals and No. 2 in the Top 10 Individuals in October 2025.

Based in Christchurch, Levi works across the Canterbury commercial and industrial property market, assisting business owners, investors and occupiers with sales, leasing and property transactions. His understanding of the local market, combined with a strong focus on client service, has seen him build lasting relationships with clients throughout the region.

Levi brings over a decade of experience in tourism and operations management, having worked with high-net-worth clients and led global expeditions through organisations including National Geographic and G Adventures. This experience has given him a strong understanding of service, negotiation, logistics and managing complex transactions - skills that translate naturally into the commercial property sector.

Known for his energy, straightforward communication and commitment to achieving strong outcomes, Levi takes a practical and considered approach to every transaction, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver results.

Outside of work, Levi enjoys hunting, golf and spending quality time with his young family.
