During this time, she played an integral role in the prestigious Melrose Arch mixed-use development project, a sprawling 170,000 square metre residential and commercial  development.

Drawing from her experience in property development, Lia transitioned into the role of a commercial and retail broker. With her in-depth understanding of the local market dynamics, Lia successfully facilitated property transactions, helping clients find their ideal commercial and retail spaces.
