Marty joins Bayleys in the North as Head of Projects, tasked with driving market share and sales growth for the region within the projects and developments space.  Earning a BCom double-major in Accounting and Commercial Law, Marty brings an analytical mindset to all-scale development projects with the ability to provide insights into current market conditions and how to leverage these to maximise returns.  Consistently a top performer across the development space north of Auckland, Marty has acquired comprehensive knowledge and experience by working alongside clients on all critical project phases.

From offering early stage development feasibility of greenfield sites through to managing a sales pipeline out to developers, group home builders to the finished retail buyers; Marty and his team provide a scalable full service offering to achieve your sales potential.  Having built a reputation for getting exceptional results for his previous company, Marty is driven by the opportunity for the growth in the north, covering ten offices from Silverdale to the Far North.

With a personal drive for success and high performance, Marty represented New Zealand as an elite triathlete in the World Series for 12 years, competing around the globe and consistently ranked in the top 30 in the world.  Enjoying a passion for all sports (and at times a little too competitive), Marty still gets satisfaction from competing in multisport events and always takes the opportunity to play a round of 18 on the golf course.
