Matt is a rural salesperson for Country & Co. who in 2020 formed a strategic partnership with Bayleys Real Estate.

Matt spent the first 18 years of his life living in Southland before embarking on a rural banking career in Canterbury with ASB for 14 years. In 2010 Matt and his wife and two boys moved back to the deep south and founded FarmForward which is an agricultural consultancy company specialising in financial reporting/office systems, farm syndication, and project management of dairy conversions. Matt has been involved with facilitating over 15 equity syndicates in dairying.

Matt has now obtained his real estate salesperson certificate which will see a focus on rural real estate as well as continuing the current service offering FarmForward delivers (now under the Country & Co Advisory Limited entity). Matt is the sole director of Country & Co Advisory Limited. Matt believes in the long term future of farming in New Zealand and has ownership in two rural business in Southland. Matt is solutions focused and has a passion to deliver tangible outcomes for his clients.
