Mike’s honest down-to-earth approach and huge expertise have seen him become the agent of choice for many. He’s renowned for going the extra mile for his clients, ensuring he gets them the best result possible.

Sales is a part of Mike’s DNA and was apparent from a young age. He is used to hard physical work after time spent in agriculture and mining, so putting in the mahi is normal for him. His well-travelled background has given Mike a unique ability to quickly connect with people from all walks of life. Importantly in real estate, he knows how to listen to his clients and pinpoint their needs then works out how to deliver. For his purchasers it is the same giving him the capacity to successfully match the right property with the right person for a win-win outcome.

Known as friendly, easy going and diligent, Mike focuses on delivering a bespoke service to his clients. Quality rather than quantity is his philosophy. This has resulted in Mike earning a good reputation for going above and beyond to get the right outcome, because in real estate, as in life, a little bit extra goes a long way.

Mike offers a great deal of practical skill. He has designed and built several homes, relocated and renovated homes and developed bare blocks of land, meaning he knows property inside out. He’s up to date with the latest building methods and trends as well as having the right contacts with local contractors. Mike can offer his clients important advice on how to get their home market-ready for maximum impact.

In his spare time Mike can be found enjoying all that Northland has to offer – surf beaches, fishing, scuba diving and mountain biking. Living in Bream Bay Mike knows the area well offering valuable grassroots expertise. Taking care of people is what Mike does best and he has a great admiration for the small rural communities he has spent part of his life in.  Mike’s passion is looking after his clients extremely well and Mike is proud to offer a level of customer service that is second to none and achieve better than expected sales outcomes.
