Mike Houlker is one of New Zealand’s most experienced and successful commercial and industrial real estate salespeople.

His involvement in several billion dollars’ worth of sales and leasing transactions means he has consistently been one of Bayleys' top-performing salespeople for over four decades. He has also received independent recognition, being awarded “Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) National Commercial and Industrial Salesperson of the Year” three years in a row.
