Nellwyn Lulich has been a lifelong lover of property and sees her transition into selling real estate as ‘coming full circle’.

After beginning her career in the banking and finance industry, Nellwyn moved into international distribution and owned and operated her own business in New Zealand, Australia and Malaysia for the past two decades. She returned to Dargaville in 2015 to run a dairy and beef operation with her husband, Paul, and see her two children through their final school years.

Nellwyn purchased her first home at a young age, and her real estate journey has seen her work as a PA with a local agency, renovating properties, operating Airbnb, and managing investments.
