Residential SalesNic grew up in Northcote Point and has always had an avid interest in property - from crunching the numbers to see what will make the perfect investment to unearthing a true family gem or discovering the untapped potential of a home through renovation. He knows property presents a lot of opportunities and considers it his job to unearth these for the benefit of his clients. Armed with a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in property and a tonne of personal experience puts Nic and his clients in a great position to experience better than expected results.
Nic has an impressive background including 15 years as a full-time professional rugby player, which saw him playing all over the world for renowned teams including Harlequins in London, The Blues, Brumbies, New York as well as over 50 games for local NPC team, North Harbour.
His sporting achievements include winning the English Premiership, an NPC championship and most recently a Major League Rugby title with New York in 2022. This has taught Nic how to perform in high-pressure situations, networking with a range of people, team collaboration, leadership and resilience in the face of challenges. All of these skills transitioned incredibly well to real estate.
Extremely competitive and adaptable Nic knows how to remain calm under pressure. He thrives in high-stake, fast-moving environments and can expertly build and maintain a strong network of clients, colleagues and contacts. His leadership skills see him take charge of transactions, guiding clients through the process and providing expert advice and support. Nic has established a reputation for being hardworking, down to earth and easy-going with a strong solution-focused positive attitude.
Outside of work Nic has a long time association with the Northcote Rugy Club including winning the championship in 2010 and playing nearly 100 games for the club. He is a keen sportsperson with an interest in rugby, cricket, golf and fishing.
